About My Therapeutic Approaches

I have an integrated approach. Don't want to use a specific modality? No problem, we'll find your unique fit. Here are a few methods that you can expect in our session:

For Couples Therapy- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I like to use EFT because of the high success rate of improving attachment bonds and deepening bonds in adult relationships. It also supports couples in identifying negative cycles and providing support in improving them.

For Individual Therapy- Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Person Centred Approach, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

About Me

Hi, Jennalee, here!

I have been on the other end in therapy and I still remember what that was like. I was able to move from a place of vulnerability and hurt to acceptance, hopefulness, creativity and empowerment.

To this day, I am grateful for my experience. It took a lot for me to get started back then. I learnt to stop dismissing and second-guessing myself.

I was inspired to support others the way I was helped. Getting started feels scary sometimes- I get that.

I have always been drawn to behaviours and understanding how our emotions play a part in creating who we are. As relational beings, there is a part of us that desires connection. If you are struggling with some of these things, I would be honoured to be part of your journey.
