What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy™ combines the modalities of hypnosis with many positive aspects of hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), effective elements of psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy, that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients, typically in 1-3 sessions.

Unlike many hypnosis techniques, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® gets to the root cause of an issue, giving the clients the most liberating understanding and transformative power to achieve dramatic long-lasting results. RTT is a hybrid therapy based on neuroscience, generating accelerated and powerful outcomes.

RTT works with the subconscious. Hypnosis sessions are offered with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®). For clients who want faster results, to save on time and finances, RTT ®is a fantastic choice.

How long does an RTT session take?

Most RTT™ clients take 1-3 sessions to resolve their issue permanently. Sessions are typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This varies for everyone. Some clients may feel energized, sleepy or exhausted. After your hypnotherapy session, I advise you engage in self-care activities and self compassion. Take the time relax.

Rapid Transformational Therapy Session Breakdown

1. Discovery Call: Connect and learn about what you want to focus on.

2. Intake Form: Complete the form as honestly as possible.

3. Listen to a Pre-session Relaxation Recording.

4. One full RTT session.

5. Listen to your personal recording for 21 consecutive days.

6. Three Follow-up Calls: Day 1, Day 7, and Day 14.

7. Support: Access for 21 days.
